Corrections policy

This site publishes thousands of individual facts — paddle weights, core thicknesses, prices, court counts, hours, fees. Some of them will be wrong. We would rather fix them fast than pretend otherwise.

How to report an error

• — Court details: use the "Report an update" form on any court page. It routes straight into our review queue with the field you're correcting.
• — Paddle specs or prices: email corrections@pickleballlookup.com with the page URL and, if you have one, a manufacturer or retailer link showing the correct value.

What happens next

1. 1. We check the claim against the manufacturer, the retailer, or the venue's own listing.
2. 2. Verified factual errors are corrected, and the field's source and check date are updated.
3. 3. Corrections that change a conclusion — a score, a ranking, a winner in a head-to-head — are noted on the page rather than changed silently.
4. 4. Typos and formatting fixes are made without a note.

We aim to review reports within a few days. Court closures and safety issues jump the queue.

What we won't change

Brands are welcome to correct factual data about their own products. We do not remove or rewrite a computed score, a comparison verdict or an unfavorable finding on request — those come from the same formulas applied to every paddle, documented in the methodology and editorial policy.
